PUP STUDENTS WANT LONGER SEM BREAK, LESS REQUIREMENTS

/ 16 March 2021

STUDENT groups from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines sought an extension of the semestral break and a no fail policy to ensure that no one will be left behind during the pandemic.

The students launched a manifesto where they listed their demands, including a reduction of academic requirements and the full distribution of modules before classes start.

They claimed that PUP was unprepared for the full implementation of its Flexible Technology-Enhanced Learning.

They called on other students to sign the manifesto which can be accessed at https://tinyurl.com/PUPIkalmaMo.
