PLM TO HOLD F2F GRADUATION
THE PAMANTASAN ng Lungsod ng Maynila will hold face-to-face graduation after two years of distance learning.
PLM President Emmanuel Leyco said it will conduct two ceremonies on August 5, 2022 at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City.
A total of 2,239 graduates will be recognized in the university’s 54th Commencement Exercises.
Of this number, 12 are summa cum laude, 457 are magna cum laude and 732 are cum laude.
“This early, we extend our congratulations to the Class of 2022! You have persevered through the toughest of times by balancing distance learning with pandemic concerns. Now, you reap the fruits of your hard work,” Leyco said.
He said that health protocols will be observed “to minimize the risk of Covid19 infections.”
There are 888 graduates from the PLM Business School, 158 from the School of Government, 5 from the College of Architecture and Urban Planning, 123 from the College of Education, 272 from the College of Engineering and Technology, 120 from the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, 5 from the College of Nursing, 119 from the College of Physical Therapy, and 397 from the College of Science.
There are also 28 graduates from the College of Law, 3 from the Graduate School of Law, and 121 from the College of Medicine.
Manila Mayor Maria Sheilah ‘Honey’ Lacuna–Pangan will be the guest of honor of the Class of 2022.
