THE SANGGUNIANG Panlungsod of Alaminos City fortified the deed of donation of three parcels of land in favor of the Pangasinan State University Alaminos City Campus during a committee hearing on October 25, 2020.

The parcels of land measuring 28,465 square meters, 716 square meters, and 650 square meters, were vouchsafed to the university.

“In reference to the request made by the University for the donation of land during the initial SP regular session, the office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Alaminos City invited Dr. Dexter Buted to attend the committee hearing to deliberate the details of said donation,” the university said.

“The highlight of the hearing was the reinforcement of the resolution made by the Sangguniang Panlungsod authorizing Mayor Arth Bryan Celeste to execute a deed of donation to the university,” it added.

The school pledged to pursue its Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan to put up additional facilities.

The university’s director for legal services, Atty. Darius De Guzman, and other PSU officials headed by Dr. Renato Salcedo also attended the hearing.
