THE NUEVA Vizcaya State University has received a P600,000 grant for the construction of an alumni office and conference room.

The provincial government of Nueva Vizcaya provided the money to help the university.

A memorandum of agreement was signed by university officials and representatives of the provincial government on the initiative.

“The grant is from the rural development agenda under the grants and donations of the PRAYERS N FAITH program of the Governor which allocates financial assistance for the promotion of general welfare and good governance,” NVSU said on Facebook.

The province has assisted the university with several of its projects in the past, including the vaccination of NVSU employees.

The university said that more projects will be implemented through the leadership of its Officer-in-Charge President Ruth R.  Padilla.
