THE NEGROS Oriental State University reset the dates for the final examination for the second semester and summer classes for Academic Year 2020-2021 because of enrollment extensions.

Vice President for Academic Affairs Rosemarie Pinili said that the final examination for graduating students will be from July 12 to July 17. For non-graduating students, it will be on July 26 to 31.

Summer classes will be from August 2 to September 11, but only for graduating students with remaining subjects, the university said.

Pinili said that the official academic calendar will be released later as there were some dates that they need to finalize.

“They are either set as tentative or the preparation of some slated activities derailed or affected by the alarming surge of Covid19 cases in the province that started last May and until now,” she added.
