MMSU PARTNERS WITH ISAT U FOR ACADEMIC EXCHANGES
THE MARIANO Marcos State University and the Iloilo Science and Technology University inked partnership agreement for academic exchanges.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Monday by MMSU officials led by its president, Shirley Argupis, and ISTAT U President Raul Muyong.
The five-year agreement will allow the two universities to promote student, faculty, and researcher exchanges, and collaborative research projects.
It will also facilitate credit transfers, team teaching, and other activities that will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
In January, officials from ISAT U visited various offices and units in MMSU to benchmark practices on internationalization.
ISAT U convened with higher education institutions around the country for the simultaneous virtual MOU signing.
Other universities that partnered with ISAT U are the Agusan Del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology, Abra Institute of Sciences and Technology, Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, Eastern Visayas State University, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Tarlac State University, Urdaneta City University, and University of Luzon.
