DDOSC STUDENTS URGE PEERS TO GET VACCINATED

/ 19 November 2021

STUDENTS from the Davao de Oro State College urged their peers to get vaccinated against Covid19.

In an infographic from DDOSC on Thursday, the students shared their experiences as they are one step closer to going back to the campus grounds.

They added that getting jabs is one way of helping the community.

“I must say that it is a very vital step. The risk is there; it is inevitable. But with proper caution and adhering to the rules and guidelines properly, I know this will be a success,” one student said.

“I think that one way to prioritize the students, educators, and families’ health and safety needs is to get vaccinated against the virus,” another shared.

The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases has approved the proposal of the Commission on Higher Education to conduct limited face-to-face classes in areas under Alert Level 3.

CHED said that schools participating in the activity must have a high vaccination rate, retrofitted classrooms, and approval from the respective local government unit.
