HOSPITALITY Management students of the Central Mindanao University in Maramag, Bukidnon bagged a bronze medal in the 2023 Philippine Culinary Cup.

The PCC is one of the most prestigious culinary competitions in the Philippines. It provides Filipino chefs an internationally recognized platform to hone their skills and showcase their talents in the culinary field.

Students Rosalino Rosell Jr. and Aimee Marie Ugsod bagged the bronze medal for the Philippines-Canada Young Chef Competition Main Course Dish (Western-Style with Canadian beef coulotte).

They were joined by their faculty coaches Dr. Allan Salonga, Dr. Rubie Arroyo, Analyn Sundo and Department Chairperson Gista Barong.

“Their passion, talent, and hard work have earned them this well-deserved recognition on the culinary stage. This accomplishment reflects their dedication to culinary excellence and the remarkable guidance provided by their faculty coaches,” CMU said.

“We wish them continued success and many more culinary triumphs in the future!” it added.
