THE RESEARCH papers of two faculty members of the Cavite State University were published in the Psychology and Education Journal.

The study of Dr. Jake Raymund Fabregar was entitled “Organizational Climate in Public High Schools in the Province of Laguna and Lifelong Service of Junior High School Teachers.”

Dr. Jovan Alitagtag’s work meanwhile was entitled “Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Effectiveness of Public Junior High School Heads in the Province of Laguna.”

Their papers were released on May 5, 2021 under Vol. 58 No. 5 (2021) with ISSN 1552 – 6939 at psychologyandeducation.net, the official website of Psychology and Education Journal.

“The said papers passed the evaluation of the reviewers/referees in terms of scope and relevance,” the university said.

The Psychology and Journal Education is one of the Scopus Indexed journals of the Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators.

The papers of Fabregar and Alitagtag were presented in the APCoRE 2020 International Virtual Conference.
