THE BULACAN State University partnered with GCash to make student payments more convenient amid the Covid19 pandemic.

It announced on Thursday that students can now pay their tuition through GCash. They can also receive reimbursements or refunds through their mobile wallet.

BulSU is the first state university in the country to digitize its payment platform to GCash.

“Academic institutions shifting to cashless payments are crucial in the continuing operations and providing education to Filipino students especially these challenging times,” GCash Chief Executive Officer Martha Sazon said.

More than 30,000 BulSU students are expected to benefit from the shift to digital payment.
