TWO degree programs of Far Eastern University were accredited by the Association of the Southeast Asian Nations University Network-Quality Assurance.

These are BA Language and Literature Studies, and an MA in Psychology.

The accreditation placed the programs at par with the education standards set by quality universities in ASEAN.

“Congratulations to the department chairs, SAR team members, faculty, non-academic staff, students, alumni, and industry partners who took part in this endeavor! We also thank our university officials and staff for the support and making this happen!” FEU said in a statement.

The AUN-QA assessment at the program level (version 4) covers eight criteria including expected Learning Outcomes; Program Structure and Content; Teaching and Learning Approach; Student Assessment; Academic Staff; Student Support Services; Facilities and Infrastructure and Output and Outcomes.

AUN-QA coordinates activities to harmonize educational standards for the continuous improvement of universities in ASEAN.
