THE AURORA State College of Technology will offer the Political Science course beginning Academic Year 2022-2023.

The school has received a certificate of program compliance from the Commission on Higher Education allowing it to open the new program.

“There won’t be a limit to the number of enrollees, but there are qualifications to get in,”  Dr. Rowel G. Olila, the director of the Liberal Arts Department, said on Facebook.

He said that admission to the program “will be based on an interview and grade evaluation.”

ASCOT said that the introduction of the political science course comes prior to the offering of the Bachelor of Laws program.

It said that its subjects like Introduction to Philippine Politics and Governance, Fundamentals of Political Science, and Philippine Public Administration among others, must be taken before getting admitted to the law program.
