MAMBUGAN National High School in Antipolo City recently conducted a leadership training program to prepare students for future leadership roles.

The event, themed “Kabataang Mambugeño: Handa Para sa Inobatibo at Epektibong Pamumuno,” aimed to empower students with the skills needed to become effective and responsible leaders.

“Layunin ng programang ito na ihanda at hubugin ang mga kabataan upang maging mahusay at responsableng mga lider ng hinaharap,” was stated in the event’s post.

During the training, leadership concepts were discussed, focusing on how to be a good leader and identifying the traits that define effective leadership.

In addition to the discussions, students participated in team-building activities, learned proper communication skills, and were inspired to strengthen their roles as student leaders.
