SIX student leaders of the University of the Philippines Visayas are among the 33 management trainees of the 18th Markprof Sales and Marketing Bootcamp.

“After a rigorous screening process composed of online applications, interviews, and marketing idea cases, University of the Philippines Visayas has the largest delegation of bootcamp trainees,” UPV said in a statement.

More than 1,000 students applied to join the program.

The UP students are Zyril Jeff De los Angeles, John Dyrick Dormis, Mary Hope Abilo, Arvin Paculanang, Ardeth Sinamban and Jim Lester Triño.

The MarkProf Bootcamp is a prestigious nine-day training program where the most promising college students undergo extensive and rigorous training in marketing and sales.

The participants will be mentored by the country’s renowned marketing practitioners and industry experts.

The 9-Saturday bootcamp will run from October 9 to December 5, 2021.
