TWELVE members of the Samar State University participated in a short-term student exchange program at the Dong Thap University in Vietnam.

The SSU delegates were composed of 10 students and two faculty members.

The exchange program provides students a special chance to gain understanding of each other’s culture.

Through the program, SSU delegates will take part in a range of activities such as attending lectures, participating in workshops and visiting cultural sites.

“With the main goal to foster a greater understanding of the world community and a greater respect for other people’s traditions, this international engagement for two weeks from April 17-28 would truly be a priceless learning and experience for the students,” SSU said.
