PBBM, DEPED CHIEF CHECK YAKAP PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION IN BULACAN SCHOOL

PRESIDENT Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., together with Education Secretary Sonny Angara, visited a public elementary school in San Jose del Monte to check the implementation of the government’s Yaman ng Kalusugan (YAKAP) program.
They went to Minuyan Elementary School, where the President also took time to engage and interact with teachers and students during the visit.
Marcos underscored the government’s commitment to supporting educators and learners beyond career advancement initiatives.
The YAKAP caravan is currently serving beneficiaries composed of teachers and students from the school, which has 3,085 enrolled learners.
According to data from the Department of Education, Minuyan Elementary School is one of 59 public schools in the city, which also has 105 private schools.
San Jose del Monte has a total of 10,160 kindergarten pupils, 66,726 elementary students, 38,571 junior high school students, and 7,333 senior high school students.
