NAG-AALOK ng 28 free online courses ang University of the Philippines Open University para sa nais matuto ng business planning, project management, agriculture, at intercultural communication, child development at online mothers’ class sa ilalim ng kanilang MODeL platform.

Paghihikayat ng unibersidad, maaaring matuto ang sinuman kahit nasaan man siya.

“Learn anywhere, anytime, and earn 16-hour e-certificates for your resume,” ayon sa UPOU.

Kasama sa free online courses ang bagong apat na subjects at ang mga ito ay Practical Home Behavior Management for Children with Special Needs, Data Annotation for Aspiring BPO Professionals, Climate Information Services, at Internalizing Behaviors samong Children and Practical Home Support.

Ipinaalala ng unibersidad sa lahat ng mga estudyante na bukas na ang enrollment ng dalawang linggo bago  magsimula ang session.

Itinakda naman ang free online courses mula July hanggang December ngayong taon at magkahiwalay itong iaanunsiyo.
