CARAGA STATE U STUDENT COMPLETES EXCHANGE PROGRAM IN TAIWAN
A STUDENT from Caraga State University has completed an international exchange program in Taiwan, marking another milestone in the university’s push for global academic engagement.
Shella Cubillas, a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino under the College of Education, finished her Exchange Student Program at National Quemoy University through the New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program 2025.
The exchange, held from September 2025 to January 2026, allowed Cubillas to participate in academic coursework, cultural immersion, and collaborative learning activities alongside international students.
During her stay, she attended lectures, laboratory sessions, research discussions, and cross-cultural programs that strengthened both her academic foundation and global competencies.
Officials from Caraga State University and National Quemoy University described the program as a reflection of their strong institutional partnership and shared commitment to cross-border knowledge exchange. CSU said the program underscores its ongoing efforts to expand international linkages and provide students with meaningful global learning experiences.
