A FACULTY  member of Xavier University–Ateneo de Cagayan Junior High School successfully completed the Leadership Management Certificate Program of the TESOL International Association, based in Alexandria, Virginia, USA.

Anito R. Librando Jr. participated in the six-week online program, sponsored by the U.S. Embassy’s Regional English Language Office in Manila.

The program aims to strengthen the leadership and management skills of English language educators worldwide.

Participants engaged in workshops covering leadership qualities, strategic planning, teacher development, and the use of technology and artificial intelligence in educational leadership.

Through reflective and practical learning sessions, Librando developed a leadership and management action plan designed to promote institutional growth and effective team management.

The program also granted him a one-year global membership to TESOL International Association, a leading organization dedicated to advancing excellence in English language teaching.
