THE VALENZUELA City School of Mathematics and Science (ValMaSci) warmly welcomed the Singaporean delegation as part of the One School, One Country (OSOC) Cultural Exchange Program in line with the WorldSkills ASEAN Manila 2025 celebration.

Organized by the Schools Division Office of Valenzuela, the cultural exchange is part of the lead-up to the prestigious WorldSkills ASEAN competition — an international platform that showcases technical excellence, fosters collaboration, and promotes cultural understanding among ASEAN nations.

Representing the City Government, Vice Mayor Marlon Alejandrino and Councilor Niña Lopez personally welcomed the visitors, underscoring Valenzuela’s commitment to global friendship, cooperation, and youth development.

The OSOC Program aims to strengthen ties across borders by nurturing cultural awareness, building lasting friendships, and creating shared learning experiences between students and educators.

By hosting the delegation, ValMaSci not only highlighted the city’s excellence in science and mathematics education but also showcased the role of cultural diplomacy in promoting unity within the ASEAN community.
