A GRADUATE of the University of Cebu topped the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination given this month by the Professional Regulation Commission.

Francis Charles Pepito Lauta led the successful examinees with a rating of 93.25 percent.

Josh Andrew Medina Martija of the University of the Philippines Diliman came in second with 92.50 percent, while Bernard Bonin Abella Flores of the Pangasinan State University Urdaneta placed third with 92.25 percent.

The PRC said that 6,835 out of 18,436 examinees passed the exam.

The University of the Philippines Diliman was the top-performing school with a 93.18 percent passing rate.

It was followed by Carlos C. Hilado Memorial State University Talisay with 91.38 percent and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila with 87.18 percent.
