DEPED WARNS PUBLIC AGAINST FAKE CASH ASSISTANCE

THE DEPARTMENT of Education has warned about the fake cash assistance claiming to be from DepEd which has been circulating online.
DepEd reminded the public to stay vigilant against misinformation and verify documents to proper offices and official agency platforms.
Announcements and information must only be accessed through the official social media platforms of DepEd, it said.
The agency also urged the public to report any misleading and suspicious information about basic education to [email protected].
