BILIRAN Province State University (BPSU) and Northwestern University (NWU) in Laoag will ink a partnership to further enhance the studies and research in the future.

The Memorandum of Agreement signing will take place on March 1 and will be held through an online ceremony.

The said MOA will center on collaboration in future studies and future research.

The partnership is under the support of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization Chair on Anticipatory Governance and Regenerative Cities.

This event coincides with World Futures Day, adding symbolic weight to the collaboration between the two institutions, BPSU said.
