ALL UPLB EXAMINEES PASS NUTRITIONIST-DIETITIAN LICENSURE EXAMS

THE UNIVERSITY of the Philippines Los Baños tallied a perfect passing rate in the Nutritionist-Dietitian Licensure Examination as all of its 58 examinees passed.

The University of Santo Tomas came in second with 97.87 percent passing rate, followed by the Central Mindanao University with a rating of 96.67 percent.

The Professional Regulation Commission said 719 out of the 1,114 takers passed the exam held in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi and Zamboanga.

Margaret Therese Romero Laurel of UST led the successful examinees with a score of 90.10%.

Yris Nika Lim Politico of the Centro Escolar University-Manila grabbed the second spot with a rating of 90%, while Aizel Apolinario Mandalupe of Western Mindanao State U-Zamboanga City and Karyne June Diaz Simon of Central Mindanao University shared third place with a rating of 89.70%.

The exam was given by three members of the Board of Nutrition and Dietetics, including chairman Virgin Buena.
