IFUGAO State University President Dr. Eva Marie Codamon-Dugyon has been sworn in as president of the Cordillera Administrative Region Association of State Universities and Colleges.

Dugyon’s stint was formalized in a ceremony at the SMX Mall of Asia in Pasay City on Wednesday.

Heads of SUCs in Cordillera were unanimous in choosing Dugyon.

She replaced Mountain Province State Polytechnic College President Dr. Rexton F. Chakas who completed his term.

IFSU said that Dugyon will steer CARASUC towards “innovation aligned to national development frameworks and inspired by Cordilleran culture and values.”

The university is confident that she will be able to advance the needs of SUCs in the Cordillera.
