PARTIDO Reporma senatorial bet Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar vowed to empower senior citizens by ensuring job opportunities for those who are still fit to work if he wins in May.
The former chief of the Philippine National Police emphasized the need for a support system for senior citizens especially for their health and basic needs.
Eleazar said that he will push to give equal job opportunities for the elderly.
Eleazar vowed to ensure a support system for the senior citizens when it comes to their medicine and health care needs.
The retired general wants to bring doctors and medicines closer to the people especially in remote areas. He said that
some senior citizens and persons with disabilities could not easily travel for their medical needs.
