THE SUPREME Court’s Bar Examination Committee chose the City College of Calapan in Oriental Mindoro, as one of the 64 venues for the Bar examinations on February 4 and 6.

Nepo Jerome Benter, head of the City Technical Working Group for the Bar exams, said that there are 44 bar examinees from Mindoro Occidental and Oriental, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan.

“We are happy and likewise jittery as we know that this will help promote our city college but, at the same time, cautious because of the pandemic amid us,” Benter said, adding that they prepared four classrooms for the examinations.

At least 11 examinees will occupy each room.

The Bar exams were originally scheduled in August 2021 but were postponed because of the Covid19 pandemic.
