QUEZON CITY PUBLIC LIBRARY TO DELIVER BOOKS TO HOMES
BEGINNING December 15, the Quezon City Public Library will deliver books requested by residents.
The home delivery is part of the new services that the library will launch this week.
Under its project dubbed “Book Panda,” the library said it will deliver requested books to homes of QC residents.
It will also give freebies to the first 100 visitors for the month of December.
“We are pleased to announce that we will be launching our new services, soon! Watch out for our motorcade on December 15 at 8:30 a.m. with the QCPL mascots and puppets,” QCPL said in a Facebook post.
With Metro Manila under Alert Level 2, the library will accommodate 50 persons per day in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.
Clients are required to fill up an online reservation form one day ahead of the intended library visit through http://appointment.quezoncitypubliclibrary.org/.
Only fully vaccinated persons will be allowed to enter the facility. They should present their vaccination cards as proof.
QCPL will be open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
