THE NATIONAL Youth Commission  urged young Filipinos to participate in the government’s three-day national vaccination drive against Covid19 from Nov. 29 to Dec. 1.

The NYC, in support of the National Vaccination Days, will launch the #KabataangMayJabGoodJob online and on the ground campaign on November 29, 2021.

The campaign aims to create awareness on the need to vaccinate minors against the virus.

The NYC called on members of the Youth Organization Registration Program , youth organizations Sangguniang Kabataan, Local Youth Development Officers, and Provincial Youth Development Officers to actively participate in the government’s effort to vaccinate adolescents.

It prodded youth groups to help disseminate and promote the #KabataangMayJabGoodJob publicity materials by sharing them on social media platforms.

The commission issued the call as countries take action to curb the spread of Omicron, the new Covid19 variant discovered in Africa.
