CENTRAL LUZON STATE U STUDENTS WORRIED OVER VALIDITY OF IDs
STUDENTS of the Central Luzon State University are worried that their school identification cards may not be honored by government agencies since these do not carry “validity information.”
The University Supreme Student Council pointed out missing details in the IDs such as duration validity and birthdate.
“There was no indicated duration of validity which in some cases, concerns the extended students,” the council said in a letter to Dr. Cesar Ortinero of the school’s admission office.
The group added that student IDs were regarded as invalid by government agencies and remittance companies if these lack birthdate information.
The school has yet to respond to the council’s concern.
