THE DAVAO Oriental State College of Science and Technology will soon offer five additional master’s degree programs and three doctorate programs.

These are Master in Business Administration, Master in Public Administration, Master of Science in Applied Mathematics,  Master of Science in Agriculture major in Animal Science minor in Horticulture, and Master of Science in Environmental Science.

The new doctorate programs are Doctor of Philosophy in Biology major in Biodiversity, Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Science major in Resource Management, and Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Management.

The college said that the introduction of these new programs is part of its transition to a state university.

It is waiting for the go signal from the Commission on Higher Education for the start of the enrollment.

DOSCST officials will meet with other public officials to discuss the status of the college’s conversion on Tuesday.
