A MEMBER of the Police Regional Office Region 11 was tagged as the suspect in the killing of a student in Davao City.

Reports said that Dr. Marvin Rey Andrew Roflo, Amir Pulanon Mangacop, and their companions were involved in an altercation outside a bar at J. Camus extension in Barangay 9-A in San Pedro, Davao City early Saturday.

The scuffle led to the shooting of Mangacop. He sustained multiple gunshot wounds in different parts of his body.

He was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.

The San Pedro Police Station 2 was also on the scene when the incident happened and apprehended the shooter.

A .9mm Glock 43 and a loaded magazine were recovered at the scene, including nine shrapnels.
