TRILLANES TO CONTINUE TEACHING CAREER
FORMER Senator Antonio Trillanes IV confirmed that he will continue his teaching career after losing in his bid to win a seat in the Senate.
“Babalik po ako sa pagtuturo, ngayong July. Ganoon naman po, since 2019, I’ve been in the private sector, so basically wala pong nangyari, itutuloy lang po natin ang ating ginagawa,” Trillanes said.
“Nakapagpahinga tayo after ng campaign kasi talaga namang nakakapagod ‘yung three months na campaigning. So, nakapagpahinga na tayo and we’re back to work,” he said.
Trillanes is teaching courses on public policy, bureaucracy and public governance.
The former senator is also a lecturer at the National College of Public Administration and Governance at the University of the Philippines and the Ateneo de Manila University.
He joined the academe in 2019 after his term in the Senate ended.
