QC MAYOR DENOUNCES SCHOOL PRINCIPAL’S MISCONDUCT TOWARDS STUDENTS
QUEZON City Mayor Joy Belmonte on Friday condemned the reported misconduct of a school principal involving minor students and assured the public that the local government will thoroughly investigate the matter.
“Hindi namin kailanman kukunsintihin ang ganitong gawi,” Belmonte said in an official statement.
Schools Division Superintendent Carleen Sedilla earlier confirmed that they received complaints regarding the alleged sexual abuse of four minors by the principal.
Four Grade 10 students have filed a case against the accused principal.
Belmonte also urged other potential victims to come forward, ensuring that “the culprit will be punished and justice will be served.”
