THE PROFESSIONAL Regulation Commission has rescheduled the licensure examination for dental hygienists.

The exams will be held from May 22 to 27, 2022 instead of November 23 to 24.

Meanwhile, the licensure exam for dental technicians has also been moved.

The exam was originally set on December 16, 17, and 18. It will be held on Dec. 12, 13, and 14.

Section 7 of Republic Act 8981 or the PRC Modernization Act of 2000 empowers the PRC to administer and conduct the licensure examinations of the various regulatory boards in accordance with the rules and regulations it may promulgate – to determine and fix the places and dates of exams.
