MUNTINLUPA LGU TO IMPLEMENT LIQUOR BAN FOR BAR EXAMS
THE LOCAL government of Muntinlupa City will implement a liquor ban for the conduct of the 2024 Bar Examinations.
This year’s Bar examinations will be held on Septembre 8, 11 and 15, 2024.
The ban covers San Beda College-Alabang in Muntinlupa, one of the local testing centers for the Bar exams.
According to the city government, based on Executive Order No. 45 issued last year, liquor ban will be imposed within a 500-meter radius from San Beda College-Alabang on Sept. 7, 10 p.m. to Sept. 8, 10 p.m.; Sept. 10, 10 p.m. to Sept. 11, 10 p.m.; and Sept. 14, 10 p.m. to Sept. 15, 10 p.m.
According to the Supreme Court, the Bar exams will be held at San Beda College-Alabang, University of the Philippines-Diliman, University of Santo Tomas, San Beda University, Manila Adventist College, and University of the Philippines-Bonifacio Global City in the National Capital Region.
Testing Centers in Luzon include Saint Louis University and
University of Nueva Caceres while in Visayas, it will be held at University of San Jose-Recoletos, Central Philippine University and Dr. V. Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation; and Xavier University and Ateneo de Davao University for Mindanao.
