INDONESIA SCHOOL OFFERS SCHOLARSHIP GRANT TO FILIPINOS
THE COMMISSION on Higher Education on Wednesday encouraged Filipinos who wish to pursue their studies abroad to apply for the scholarship program of the Universitas Semarang in Indonesia.
CHED said the scholarship covers 13 programs for bachelor’s degrees, three master’s study programs, and vocational studies.
The university offers one scholarship slot under each program.
“Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to further your education at one of the top universities in Indonesia!” CHED wrote on Facebook.
Scholars will be granted a tuition waiver for undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
They will also be entitled for new student affairs and courseware fee waiver; settlement allowance of IDRI 500; Bahasa Indonesia class for two semesters; and telex visa fee.
The deadline for the filing of application is on April 14. The results will be announced on May 22.
