On September 17, DepEd and Rebisco held a ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to formalize their partnership.
Through the REBISCOVER Learning Program, Rebisco will continue to support DepEd in key areas such as the development of curriculum-aligned learning materials, construction of school buildings and canteens, and additional backing for initiatives like the Brigada Eskwela, School-Based Feeding Program, and National Teachers’ Day celebration.
Education Secretary Sonny Angara expressed his gratitude to Rebisco Food Group for their continued collaboration with DepEd.
He also thanked the company for initiating projects that benefit the education sector.
“Your long-standing commitment to education speaks volumes about your community. The strength of our partnership and your continued support helps us address the many challenges we face in delivering quality education to our learners and teachers. We are deeply grateful for all of these programs,” Angara said during the ceremony.
