EDUCATION Secretary Sonny Angara recently visited Misamis Oriental General Comprehensive High School in Cagayan de Oro City to discuss the educational challenges in the region.

“We are here to assist you, and with good coordination, mas marami rin tayong solusyon,” Angara said.

He also discussed the initiatives implemented by DepEd under the administration of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

Angara was joined by other members of the DepEd Management Committee, including Executive Committee Members and Bureau, Service, and Regional Directors.

The DepEd chief also attended the 53rd National and 14th International Convention of the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators to discuss the department’s direction in strengthening teacher education and professional development programs.
