A TOTAL of 584 out of 954 examinees passed the April 2022 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission said on Tuesday.

John Mark Vincent Gianan of Gardner College Diliman, Shirley Silva Mazon of Trinity University of Asia, and Pamela Ann Torres Perez also from TUA obtained a score of 89%, placing them in a three-way tie for the top spot.

Juliefe Pepito Cuenca of the University of Cebu and Eloisa Monique Pelisco Yepez of the University of Mindanao placed second with a rating of 88.25%.

Meanwhile, Teddy Soriano Dalope of the Philippine Christian University and Shierra Pearl Algeria of the University of Mindanao placed third with a score of 88%.

PRC said no schools qualified as the top-performing school.

The licensure exam was given by the Board of Real Estate Services in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, and Tacloban.
