MAY personal na dahilan si vice presidential aspirant at Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio kaya hindi siya nakadalo sa debate na inorganisa ng CNN Philippines.

Sa isang press conference sa Davao City, hiningian si Duterte-Carpio ng reaksiyon sa pagtawag sa kanya ng kapwa vice presidential candidate na si Walden Bello na “duwag” dahil sa hindi pagdalo sa debate.

“Yes, my team and I are currently discussing that item so I will not comment on that as of yet,” sabi ni Duterte-Carpio.

Tumanggi naman si Duterte-Carpio na isapubliko ang dahilan ng kanyang hindi pagsipot sa debate.

“Yes, I have a reason, but I do not want to say to the public what the reason is. We are discussing it with my team and drafting a statement. As of now, no comment,” aniya.

“It is something personal and I do not want to say it publicly, and it is a continuing discussion within the team whether I will participate in the debate or not,” dagdag pa niya.
