PARTIDO Reporma standard-bearer Panfilo Lacson assured the public that he could withstand the rigors of a national campaign.

The 73-year-old presidential bet said that he is in perfect health.

“Ako, basta alam ko nung huling wellness checkup ko, ang body age ko 53 e. So, 20 years younger,” he said.

The Partido Reporma chairman addressed over 3,000 Lingayen residents and supporters led by City Mayor Leopoldo Bataoil at the Lingayen Civic Center.

Lacson’s running mate, Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III, is also 73.

“We always regard leadership in this country as a calling. It is an obligation, a responsibility to the Filipino people. We do not think of leadership as an obsession, because if you are obsessed, you will tumble over and do everything just to get the position,” Lacson said.
