THE DOCTOR of Business Administration program at Tarlac State University has received Level III Re-Accreditation from the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines.

TSU reported that the program achieved a grand mean of 4.0, with all key areas, including instruction, research, faculty development, and extension, earning top ratings.

Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Agnes Macaraeg commended the perseverance of the CBA community, stating that the long-awaited re-accreditation is a testament to their teamwork and dedication.

Office of Quality Assurance Director Dr. Niño Corpuz noted that while the program initially met the required grand mean in 2022, it had to fulfill additional mandatory requirements before achieving full compliance in August 2024.

The DBA program’s Level III Re-Accreditation status is valid until August 2028.

Level III Re-Accreditation is granted to academic programs that pass a rigorous third survey visit by AACCUP accreditors. To achieve this recognition, a program must receive a grand mean rating of at least 4.0, with no area scoring below 3.5.

Additionally, the program must excel in instruction and extension, along with two other areas such as research, faculty development, or licensure exam performance.
