SOME schools declared mental health breaks to provide their students time to reflect during Holy Week.

The University of Batangas declared a break for college students from April 4 to 5 and April 3 to 5 for elementary and high school students.

On the other hand, employees will be on a work-from-home arrangement on April 3 to 4. All office transactions will be held online.

All transactions will be suspended from April 5-7, 2023.

The Bulacan State University also declared a mental health break from April 3 to 5 for all students, except for those in Graduate School and College of Law.

The health break is part of the University’s program to promote mental health and wellness.

“As we observe the Lenten season, let us all reflect, seek the guidance of our Lord and celebrate His Resurrection. This time of year, serves as a powerful reminder of Christ’s sacrifice on the Cross at Calvary – an act that redeemed us from our sins,” the school said.
