STUDENTS of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and representatives of Microsoft teams held a webinar on Thursday, October 1, 2020, to help students familiarize with virtual classrooms.

Microsoft Teams was the chosen platform for online classes in the university.

All students were given a specific time to attend the webinar, with freshmen attending the morning session that ran from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon.

Sophomore and senior students joined the afternoon session.

The links for the virtual rooms were sent to students’ email addresses.

On September 14, the school held virtual classroom dry runs to assess the areas that needs improvement under the new normal mode of education.

In June, the school also held a webinar on online teaching to enhance the skills of its faculty for distance learning.

Classes in PLM will start on October 5, 2020 using flexible learning.
