MSU-GENSAN GIVES INCENTIVE TO FACULTY-RESEARCHERS

THE MINDANAO State University – General Santos will award an incentive to its faculty as a token of appreciation for their research publication and presentations.

MSU said that the move is to encourage more outputs and research publications and presentations from its community.

The university will give 14 publications and another 14 presentations an incentive ranging from P3,333 to P25,000, and P5,000 to P15,000, respectively.

Dr. Edna P. Oconer, vice chancellor for Research and Extension, led the evaluation of the presentation and researches on August 2.

The university said the incentives will come from the Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Extension, with the approval of the Research and Development Council.

Newly appointed deans of the MSU-GenSan also affirmed their support to the research endeavor of the faculty members.
