MMSU INKS PACT WITH US GRAINS COUNCIL FOR BIOFUEL PROJECT
THE MARIANO Marcos State University partnered with the United States Grains Council for a project that aims to highlight the biofuel industry.
The two agencies signed a Memorandum of Agreement in Pasay City on Tuesday.
MMSU was represented by its president, Shirley C. Agrupis, while USGC was represented by its Southeast Asia and Oceania Regional Director Caleb Wurth.
Through the partnership, the MMSU’s National Bioenergy Research and Innovation Center will be turned into a hub for sustainable biofuel industry in Asia and the country.
The two agencies agreed to exchange knowledge, experiences, measures and means in ramping up the biofuel industry and trade in the region.
The USGC and MMSU will hold seminars, workshops, and missions for stakeholders of the biofuel industry on both physical and virtual platforms.
