JEFFREY Enciso, a teacher at the Ignacio Villamor High School, Manila, has created creative Mathematics tutorial videos for his students in preparation for the opening of school year.

His videos will serve as additional learning tools for his students.

“I decided to do Math tutorial videos as supplemental tools for my students. I made a channel tackling Math lessons in Junior High School that are MELC-based (Most Essential Learning Competencies), Math tricks/tips, and to the requested Math topics of my viewers,” said Enciso.

Enciso has gathered his students  through Facebook Messenger group chats. He was already been sending  video lessons to his students so that they can ask questions on certain points which they don’t understand.

“This is very convenient to my students, since majority of them have access to YouTube, and they are comfortable already with the way I teach. My students are the reason why I pushed through in making the channel,” added Enciso.

Enciso said he created the video using the Problem Solving Map (PSM), an international course which aims to facilitate solving  Math problems.

He added that he will create more Mathematics tutorial videos for his students.
