THE ISABELA State University has paid tribute to its executive officer who died recently.

Dr. William R. Eustaquio was the executive officer of the ISU’s main campus in Echague. He was also the former director of the Office of the Student Affairs and Services from 2015 to 2017.

“Isabela State University sincerely joins the bereaved family and the academic community of Echague Main Campus in the passing of Dr. William R. Eustaquio,” ISU said on Facebook

“A valiant and tested public servant, Dr. Eustaquio has dedicated his years of service in the Uni-versity, recently being the Executive Officer of the Echague Main Campus…You will always be remembered, Sir!” it added.

The Department of Science and Technology Provincial Science and Technology Center in Isa-bela also paid tribute to Eustaquio.

“Our deepest condolences to the bereaved family of a staunch supporter of Science and Tech-nology programs and projects, Dr. William R. Eustaquio, Executive Officer of ISU-Echague. May his soul rest in peace,” it said.
