COLLEGE OF ST. BENILDE EXPANDS LIBRARY RESOURCES
THE DE LA SALLE-College of Saint Benilde has expanded its electronic library to better serve students who shifted to distance learning.
Through the Br. Fidelis Leddy Learning Resource Center, Benilde recognized the need for electronic books and resources to support remote teaching, research, self-study or intellectual stimulation.
Students and educators can now access and download 24 million texts and e-books and another 1.5 million sources for free.
The school also upgraded its online teaching and learning materials by providing more academic e-books, journals, references, collections, subscribed databases and digital reference services.
All available e-resources can be seamlessly embedded by the instructors into BigSky, the official learning management system of the university.
Bigsky also serves as the portal for learners to participate in classroom discussions and access activities and projects.
